Responsibilities

  •  To supervise and monitor chiller plant room as well as AHU operations to ensure equipment are switched on according to schedule and running in optimum condition. 
  • To ensure maintenance contractors perform scheduled maintenance according to schedule and the required standards. 
  • To supervise and monitor sub-contractor for maintenance, repair, and upgrading HVAC works. 
  • To retrieve HVAC consumption readings for utilities report. 
  • To attend and assist on troubleshooting tenant's HVAC issues. 
  • To attend tenant's inspection for newly installed/annual inspection HVAC works to ensure compliance. 
  • To analyze HVAC parameters for troubleshooting. 
  • Provides overall coordination on building maintenance. Maintaining and upkeep all building services works. 
  • Schedule daily work programmes.
  •  Regular maintenance on Megamall’s common area to ensure all finishes are in good condition and minimize the time taken for breakdown replacement. 
  • Records and monitors maintenance and replacement works done for tenants. 
  • Coordinates and supervises works that carry out by contractors.
  • Organize, manage and supervise daily task to be perform by supervisors and technicians.

Requirements

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Air Conditioning).
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in maintenance and repair of HVAC systems in large shopping malls or commercial business complexes would be an added advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC principles, components, controls, and systems, including experience with chillers, air handling units, cooling towers, and associated electrical systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex HVAC problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Able to develop a good liaison relationship with various departments, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
  • High initiative, self-motivated, possess a strong drive and result-oriented.
  • Possess good technical vocabulary, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure to produce the desired result within deadlines set.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the execution of mall-wide promotional campaigns, including managing gift and voucher redemptions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Act as a liaison between shoppers and tenants to resolve issues and facilitate communication. Distribute mall communications to tenants as required.
  • Conduct regular checks of mall common areas to ensure facilities and amenities meet our high standards. Report any maintenance or security issues promptly. Prepare daily reports on customer feedback and operational matters.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence related to customer service operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. A Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Mass Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a shopping mall, retail, aviation, or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in Mandarin or other dialects is a strong asset.
  • Ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions to customer issues in a calm and professional manner.
  • Must be willing and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per the mall's operational requirements.

Responsibilities

To coordinate and implement assigned Advertising & Promotions projects as well as Online and Public Relations efforts to meet the overall objectives of the Department and the Megamall.

Requirements

  •  Minimum Diploma or Degree qualification in Marketing or equivalent. 
  •  Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in shopping centre management, retail, marketing or event management environment. 
  •  A team player with good interpersonal skills. 
  •  Strong command of written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  •  Tactful and able to excel within pressure-driven environment. 
  • Meticulous and self-motivated. 
  •  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provides overall coordination on building maintenance.

  • Coordinates and supervises works carried out by contractors.
  • Organise, manage and supervise daily tasks to be performed by supervisors and technicians.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports.
  • Execute or perform any task or assignment that may be assigned by the superior.

Requirements

  • Minimum degree in Mechanical & Electrical with at least 1 year of working experience in a similar field or in the construction field.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in large shopping centres or business complexes is an added advantage.
  • Easily adapts to changes in demand and requests.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate events and prepare schedules.
  • Independent and possesses good analytical skills.
  • Able to communicate clearly with people at all levels.
  • Physically fit to carry out the job as hands-on work is needed.

Responsibilities

  • Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the safety and security of the mall.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to any security threats or suspicious activities.
  • Enforce mall rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent disturbances.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons with directions, inquiries, and emergencies.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, accidents, and medical emergencies within the mall.
  • Collaborate with mall management, other security personnel, and law enforcement agencies as needed.
  • Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities.

Requirements

§ Minimum SRP or SPM qualification.

§ Preferably with 2 years working experience in similar capacity.

§ Ex-Police or military personnel are encouraged to apply.

§Prepared to perform shift work and weekends.

  • A good technical understanding and a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
  •  A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field, or similar work experience. 
  •  Bonus points if you have experience in video production, video editing and photography.
