Responsibilities

• Provides overall coordination on building maintenance.
• Maintaining and upkeep all building services works.
• Schedule daily work programmes.
• Coordinates with inter-departments on Megamall’s upgrading works and tenants’ fit-out works.
• Regular maintenance on Megamall’s common area to ensure all finishes are in good condition and minimize the time taken for breakdown replacement.
• Records and monitors maintenance and replacement works done for tenants. • Coordinates and supervises works that carry out by contractors.
• Organize, manage and supervise daily task to be perform by supervisors and technicians.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports.
• Execute or perform any task or assignment that may be assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Building Maintenance, Mechanical & Electrical qualification.
• Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in similar field or in construction field.
• Experience in large shopping centers or business complexes will be an added advantage.
• Easily adapting to change of demand and requests.
• Ability to organize and coordinates any events and preparing schedule.
• Independent and possess good analytical skills.
• Able to communicate clearly to any levels of people.
• Physically fit to carry out the job as hands-on is needed.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • To have overall responsibility for the timely completion and delivery of project(s) in hand, ensuring the company’s objective is met without sacrifice to quality.
  • Co-ordinate design and planning work with a team of Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, design consultants, etc. at the preliminary, conceptual and implementation stages of projects.
  • Consult with Management on design and operational requirements for projects and translate such requirements into a design brief.
  • Prepare cost feasibility studies for new development projects.
  • To organize and coordinate multi-disciplinary construction activities at sites.
  • To ensure the work of sub-contractors are executed in accordance to drawings and specifications.
  • To verify product/material delivery to ensure the conformity of specifications and schedule.
  • Day to day supervision of the project to achieve objectives as well as liaise with inter-departments, consultants and sub-contractors.
  • Prepare and submit daily report for respective projects to superior and management.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities, as instructed by the Superior.

Requirements

• At least degree in Project Management/ Construction Management.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of SPM education level or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 1 year working experience front line, servicing customers/ guests service industry for retail.
• Has administrative experience with good telephone communication skills
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (oral and written)
• Conversant in other local dialects preferred and would be added advantage
• Approachable, friendly, organized and good administrative skills
• Computer literate (Microsoft office).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Warn personality and pleasant looking.

Requirements

To rock this job, you need:

• A Degree or Diploma qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related equivalent.
• Good project management and web skills, including updating and managing the content and data of our website and social media platforms, following best practices and using online analytics tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others and lead and coordinate with other departments, tenants and partners when needed.
• A good technical understanding and a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
• Bonus point if has experience in video production, video editing and photography.
