Requirements

•Minimum of SPM education level or equivalent.
•Preferably with at least 1 year working experience front line, servicing customers/ guests service industry for retail.
•Has administrative experience with good telephone communication skills
•Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (oral and written)
•Conversant in other local dialects preferred and would be added advantage •Approachable, friendly, organized and good administrative skills
•Computer literate (Microsoft office).
•Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•Warn personality and pleasant looking.

Responsibilities

Advertising
To conceptualize a consistently high standard of ideas and presentation in visualdisplay ranging from internal mall decor to outdoor presentations and otherspecial projects towards fulfilling the advertising and promotion functions.
To visualize concept for all collaterals, promotion materials, advertising andpublicity materials.
To set and maintain a controlled quality standard of visual display decoration andproduction (applicable to tenants and external organizations promotionaldisplays) in accordance with the Company policies, objectives and Megamallidentity.
To ensure a rapid turnover of work within the department and exercise controlover quality of creative output.
To evaluate the effectiveness of all promotions visual displays with a view toconstantly improve standards.
To recommend and provide assistance to tenants on visual merchandising displayneeds.
To determine the appropriate medium for the production of specific applicationon visual display materials.
To implement and coordinate the overall assignment of project comprising ofproducing visuals, mock-ups, samples, other illustrative materials, etc.

Administrative
To source for supplies, obtain quotations and follow up accordingly.
To maintain and upkeep an inventory of all VMD work tools, equipment,materials, props, decorations, etc.
To appropriate delegate and assign duties of department personnel required in therunning of each event.
To be responsible for the overall preparation, production, installation anddismantling arrangements for all exhibits, visual displays, decor requirements,and ensure they are carried out on a timely basis.
To coordinate with Advertising & Promotions department on promotional andpublicity requirements.

Operational

•To act as an advisor and watch over general displays and POS materials used in the Megamall and provide timely feedback to Manager / HOD on any areas that require urgent attention & improvement.
•To assist Manager / HOD in any areas where creative input and concept organization development is needed to enhance the overall marketing policy.
•To assist other departments in design and visual display needs as and when required in order to maintain a consistent look, image and identity.
•To perform any job assignments as and when required.


Requirements

•Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Art & Design and 3D soft skills.
•At least 1 - 3 years in creative / visual merchandising environment.
•Willing to put in extra effort to see the project through with accuracy.
•Meticulous and accurate in details.

Responsibilities

•Provides overall coordination on building maintenance.
•Maintaining and upkeep all building services works.
•Schedule daily work programmes.
•Coordinates with inter-departments on Megamall’s upgrading works and tenants’ fit-out works.
•Regular maintenance on Megamall’s common area to ensure all finishes are in good condition and minimize the time taken for breakdown replacement.
•Records and monitors maintenance and replacement works done for tenants. •Coordinates and supervises works that carry out by contractors.
•Organize, manage and supervise daily task to be perform by supervisors and technicians.
•Prepare daily and monthly reports.
•Execute or perform any task or assignment that may be assigned by the superior.

Requirements

•Minimum Diploma in Building Maintenance, Mechanical & Electrical qualification. •Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in similar field or in construction field. •Experience in large shopping centers or business complexes will be an added advantage.
•Easily adapting to change of demand and requests.
•Ability to organize and coordinates any events and preparing schedule.
•Independent and possess good analytical skills.
•Able to communicate clearly to any levels of people.
•Physically fit to carry out the job as hands-on is needed.
•Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

•Define and implement communication development activities on Digital and Social Media.
•Monitor the online tool efficiency and trends and propose for adjustments if need to. •Manage data update and ensuring the data accuracy.
•Manage online media campaign and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, editorial planning and coordination, community outreach efforts, promotion and etc.
•Become an advocate of the Megamall in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
•Monitoring negative response received in social media and coordinate with Crisis Communication Committee on appropriate response.
•Regularly feedback insights gained from online media and analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
•Work with inter-department to ensure information is kept up to date.
