Requirements

- Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in retail, hotel front line, shopping mall servicing customers/ guests service industry.

- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (oral and written)

- Computer literate (Microsoft office).

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Warn personality and pleasant looking

Requirements

- Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma qualification in any field.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- At least one (1) year related working experience in the cleaning or housekeeping industry would be an added advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Computer literate.

- A Diploma in accounting or equivalent.

- Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in similar capacity.

- Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

- Based in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities

- Maintaining and Managing the Megamall’s digital platform.

- Define and implement communication development activities on Digital and Social Media.

- Monitor the online tool efficiency and trends and propose for adjustments if need to.

- Manage data update and ensuring the data accuracy.

- Manage online media campaign and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, editorial planning and coordination, community outreach efforts, promotion and etc.

- Become an advocate of the Megamall in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

- Monitoring negative response received in social media and coordinate with Crisis Communication Committee on appropriate response.

- Regularly feedback insights gained from online media and analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

- Work with inter-department to ensure information is kept up to date.

Requirements

- A Degree qualification in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration.

- Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in shopping centre management, retail,marketing or event management environment.

- Well versed in video production, video editing, photography and graphic design.

- Knowledge in Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of website, social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.

- A team player with good interpersonal skills.

- Strong command of written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin dialects will be an added advantage in order to liaise with Chinese tenants.

- Tactful and able to excel within pressure-driven environment.

- Meticulous and self-motivated.

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
