Dream Travel 2026 Contest

Up to twenty one (21) complimentary Prizes (as stated in Clause 10 below) will be available for the Event.note

The Event will be held from 21 May 2026 to 7 June 2026, 11.59pm.

The shortlisted Participants of valid entries that are selected for a chance to be a Winning Entry, as determined in accordance with Clause 9 below, will be announced on 6 July 2026.

The Event is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above and who submit a valid entry in accordance with the Entry Procedures (“Participant”).

The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Event: -

a) employees of the Organiser (including its subsidiaries and related companies as defined under Section 5, 6 and 7 of Companies Act 2016);

and

b) event organisers, advertising agencies and vendors and suppliers who are directly involved in any way whatsoever with the Event.

The Event will be held from 21 May 2026 to 7 June 2026, 11.59pm. .

The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to suspend, cancel or vary the Event at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice and without any liability whatsoever.

To participate in this Event, a Participant shall within the Event Period:-

a) make a purchase at any specialty store* in Mid Valley Megamall with a minimum purchase of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred (RM100.00) in a single receipt (“Receipt”), and

b) complete and submit the “Dream Travel 2026 Contest” form (“Contest Form”) via MVClub App (as registered and/or maintained under the Participant’s name as per his/her Malaysian national registration identity card), by answering all questions and providing all particulars as stated in the Contest Form fully and correctly including uploading a clear colour photograph of the Receipt in accordance with instructions stated on MVClub App.

* “specialty store” means a retail outlet at Mid Valley Megamall excluding AEON, AEON Big, Pos Malaysia, car wash, EV charging, banks, ATMs, money changers, food courts, medical/dental centres, utility bill payments, insurance payments, credit top-ups (any platform), Dragon-i, Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC), and The Gardens Mall.

Subject to the above, every Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred (RM100.00) spent in a single receipt allows a Participant one (1) entry for the Event, subject to a maximum of five (5) entries per single receipt.

A Participant may submit multiple valid entries but shall only be entitled to one (1) Prize for the Event. Any subsequent declaration/notification, or any subsequent Winning Entry for the same Participant, will automatically be void and not be eligible for any Prize.

The Event and all communication by or with the Organiser and/or applicable third party(ies) on the Event shall be undertaken in the English language only.

All valid entries must be received by the Organiser on or before 7 June 2026, 11.59pm, as determined by the Organiser.

Entries received after 7 June 2026, 11.59pm, as determined by the Organiser, shall be disqualified and/or deemed ineligible for participation in the Event and the Contest Form shall be null and void.

Twenty one (21) entries will be randomly selected from valid entries received by the Entry Deadline, for a chance to be a Winning Entry to win a Prize.

The respective Participants of the said randomly selected valid twenty one (21) entries will be shortlisted and announced on 6 July 2026 (“Announcement”), on Mid Valley Megamall’s website at www.midvalley.com.my, on Mid Valley Megamall’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/mymidvalleymegamall and/or on MVClub App. To qualify as a Winning Entry to win a Prize, the shortlisted Participant shall:

a) personally attend and be present for Collection of Prize (in accordance with Clause 12 below) with the original Receipt (in hard copy, and in good, complete and undamaged condition) as previously submitted via MVClub App, his/her membership profile on MVClub App and his/her original Malaysian national registration identity card, for verification and validation on the Participant’s eligibility for a Winning Entry to win a Prize, and

b) participate in a prize giving ceremony and a photoshoot session to collect the Prize;

failing any of the foregoing, or failing any verification or validation procedure, the Participant concerned will be disqualified from and/or deemed ineligible to participate in the Event, and his/her submission of the Contest Form shall be null and void without any claim, complaint or dispute whatsoever by the Participant (and/or any person deriving any interest from the Participant or any person claiming on the Participant’s behalf) against the Organiser, Disney, the management of MVClub App and their respective related or associated companies/entities as well as their respective officers, employees and representatives.

There are up to twenty one (21) complimentary prizes for the Event, comprising:

10.1   One (1) x Grand Prize:

3-day 2-night trip to Hong Kong Disneyland for four (4) people, comprising:

a) Four (4) return economy class flight tickets from Kuala Lumpur to Hong Kong (subject to Block-Out Dates set out below);

b) One (1) Standard Room accommodation at Disney's Hollywood Hotel, for 2-night complimentary stay (room only; subject to Block-Out Dates set out below); and

c) Four (4) Hong Kong Disneyland general admission park tickets, for 2-days (subject to Block-Out Dates set out below).

10.2   Five (5) x First Runner-Up Prize:

One (1) Mickey-themed blanket

10.3   Five (5) x Second Runner-Up Prize:

One (1) Mickey Hand-shaped pillow

10.4   Ten (10) x Consolation Prize:

One (1) Mickey Hand-shaped keychain

The respective Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other alternative(s) and cannot be sold, transferred or assigned for any purpose. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Grand Prize is for the exclusive use and enjoyment of the shortlisted Participant who wins the Grand Prize and his/her 3 companions. The respective Prizes do not apply to and cannot be used in conjunction with any other event or arrangement.

11.1   Except for the tickets and the cost of accommodation (room only) as expressly stated in Clause 10.1 above, the Grand Prize winner shall be responsible for any and all other arrangements, facilities, services, provisions, clearances, permissions, support, precautions, protection, assistance, costs, expenses and/or otherwise that may be required, advisable or desirable in connection with or to utilise/enjoy the Grand Prize.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all taxes, insurances, surcharges, transfers, spending money and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses, hotel incidentals (if applicable), etc.) as the case may be, which are required to redeem or utilise the Grand Prize and/or which may be incurred as a result of redeeming or utilising the Grand Prize, shall be the sole responsibility of and resolved by the Grand Prize winner.

11.2   The Grand Prize is only valid for, and must be fully utilised within, one (1) year from the date of the Announcement (which duration excludes the following Block-Out Dates: 21 December 2026 to 3 January 2027 (both dates inclusive)). The date(s) of /for the tickets and the accommodation must be aligned, i.e. for/of the same date(s), and the tickets and the accommodation must be utilised simultaneously. The Grand Prize winner is required to liaise with a third party(ies) for all arrangements relating to the tickets and the accommodation (e.g. reservations, issuance of vouchers/tickets, etc.). The travel and accommodation date(s) and the full particulars of travellers must be confirmed before 1 September 2026; no change is allowed once the travel and accommodation date(s) and the particulars of travellers are confirmed. If the Grand Prize winner and/or any of his/her 3 companions are unable to travel or utilise the Grand Prize for any reason whatsoever, there will be no refund, exchange, compensation, postponement, extension, alternative arrangement, substitution or otherwise.

11.3   Notwithstanding anything to the contrary:

a) the Organiser, Disney, the management of MVClub App and their respective related or associated companies/entities as well as their respective officers, employees and representatives shall be held harmless from and against any liability or responsibility whatsoever (including negligence) arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to any details / particulars / arrangements of the Grand Prize.

b) the Grand Prize is subject further to other limitations, exclusions, terms, conditions as may be prescribed by the Organiser, Disney, the management of MVClub App and/or the applicable third party(ies) (including, without limitation, the sponsor(s) of or service provider(s) in relation to the Grand Prize) from time to time. In the event of any inconsistency between such other limitations, exclusions, terms or conditions and any part of the Terms and Conditions herein, the other limitations, exclusions, terms or conditions as may be prescribed by the Organiser, Disney, the management of MVClub App and/or the applicable third party(ies) from time to time shall prevail.

The Prize must be collected by the shortlisted Participant in person from the Collection Venue on or before 5.00 pm, 20 July 2026 (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).

All shortlisted Participants as set out in the Announcement shall comply with the Requirements for a Winning Entry in Clause 9 above, failing which, or failing any verification or validation procedure, the Participant concerned will be disqualified from and/or deemed ineligible to participate in the Event, and his/her submission of the Contest Form shall be null and void without any claim, complaint or dispute whatsoever by the Participant (and/or any person deriving any interest from the Participant or any person claiming on the Participant’s behalf) against the Organiser, Disney, the management of MVClub App and their respective related or associated companies/entities as well as their respective officers, employees and representatives.

14.1   The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who have failed to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Event and/or submitted incomplete or inaccurate details and/or answers in the Contest Form, and/or any Participant who is found or suspected to be tampering with the Contest Form submission process, and/or found or suspected to be undermining the operation and administration of the Event by fraud, cheating or deception.

14.2   The Organiser reserves the right to use the Prize winners’ names, photographs and/or testimonial for purposes of publicity and/or advertising without further compensation and/or prior notice.

14.3   The Organiser and the management of MVClub App make no guarantee that the Event is error free and/or uninterruptible, and will not in any manner whatsoever be responsible for any data loss, interruption or errors that may interfere with the ability to participate or other aspects of the Event.

14.4   The Organiser reserves the absolute right to change, amend, delete or add to the Terms and Conditions of the Event, including (without limitation) the details/particulars of Prizes, without prior notice and without assigning any reasons thereof and any such changes, amendments, deletions or additions shall be effective on the posting thereof at Mid Valley Megamall’s website at www.midvalley.com.my, Mid Valley Megamall’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/mymidvalleymegamall and/or on MVClub App. By participating and continuing to participate in the Event, the participant agrees to be bound by and give effect to the Terms and Conditions of the Event including any such changes, amendments, deletions or additions as may be effected from time to time as well as the Privacy Policy / Personal Data processing or protection provisions on Mid Valley Megamall’s website and Facebook page and on MVClub App. Participants are required to check Mid Valley Megamall’s website or Facebook page and/or the MVClub App regularly to check for and view any such changes.

14.5   The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or terminate the Event or any part thereof including all the terms and conditions contained herein without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash, credit or in kind shall be given.

14.6   The Participant (and/or any person deriving any interest from the Participant or any person claiming on the Participant’s behalf) shall not have any claim, complaint or dispute whatsoever, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser, Disney, the management of MVClub App and their respective related or associated companies/entities as well as their respective officers, employees and representatives (collectively, “Indemnified Persons”) for, from and/or against any claims, liabilities, injuries, death, damages, losses, expenses, proceedings, actions, investigations, inquiries, disputes or otherwise that may arise out of or in connection with any and all aspects of the Event including but not limited to the submission and processing of entries, the use or enjoyment of Prizes (or the unavailability thereof) and other matters arising from the Event, any breach of or non-compliance with the terms or conditions of the Event, of Mid Valley Megamall’s website or Facebook page, or of the MVClub App or the Privacy Policy / Personal Data processing or protection provisions on Mid Valley Megamall’s website and Facebook page and on MVClub App, and/or any breach of or non-compliance with any applicable law or regulation.

14.7   The Prizes are provided on ‘as is’ basis, and participation in the Event and use/enjoyment of the Prizes or any other matter(s) arising from the Event shall be at the sole risk (including, without limitation, for any negligence that may be attributable to any of the Indemnified Persons), cost and expense of the Participant (and/or any person deriving any interest from the Participant or any person claiming on the Participant’s behalf). The Organiser and the management of MVClub App (i) are not an agent or partner of each other or of any third party that may be referred to or relied upon for or in the Event, and (ii) do not howsoever represent, warrant, endorse or recommend the quality, safety, suitability or satisfaction or otherwise of a product or service of or by such third party.
